Return Policy
We will make every effort to ensure each and every candle is perfect, but we are human. We take great pride in our candles and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If your order is damaged please contact Customerservice@BBAromas.com. We will make every effort to ensure our customers satisfaction. Please contact our customer service department within 14 business days of receiving your order. If 14 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customerservice@BBAromas.com
Local Pickup
We are now open for curbside pickup! Once your order is placed, we will notify you via email when your order will be ready for pickup. We will do our best to get your order ready for you as soon as possible. Watch your email closely for more information. Pick up times dates are Monday- Sunday from 2pm-7pm. If orders are not picked up 3 days after the discussed after pick-up time, the order will be restocked and you will not be refunded for the order.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing since all candles individually hand poured and another 3-5 business days once the package has been shipped .
